Moving Cavity Technology™

The technology

MCT™ brings precision and automation together in a continuous, conveyorized flatbed. Materials remain flat and vacuum-stabilized while the belts move and process in 360 degrees. OEM-specific tools are integrated on top – and in some cases also below – enabling digital processes to run with minimal manual intervention and reliable alignment.

Innovation and precision

Cleaner operation, higher accuracy, and true automation - at scale.

The next generation of Flatbed Production

Moving Cavity Technology™ (MCT™) is developed to remove long-standing limitations in digital flatbed production.

Where conventional systems rely on single-sided access, manual handling, and complex workarounds, MCT™ introduces a fundamentally new architecture: simultaneous top and bottom tooling on an active conveyor system.

Simultaneous top and bottom tooling access

Moving Cavity Technology™ enables tools to operate from both above and below the material at the same time. This dual-sided access removes the need for frames, grids, or secondary handling steps and allows materials to remain flat, stable, and continuously conveyed.

By supporting tools from below, MCT™ unlocks higher accuracy, longer tool life, and new processing possibilities that were previously incompatible with roll-fed production.

Designed for continuous, conveyorized production

Unlike traditional flatbed systems, MCT™ is built around an active conveyor architecture. Materials are roll-fed, vacuum-stabilized, and processed in a continuous flow — eliminating manual loading and unloading.

This results in significant cost savings, higher throughput, and consistent output quality, even at high speeds.

See if your production can be combined with Moving Cavity Technology™:

Vacuum-stabilized precision
Focused vacuum holds materials securely in place during processing, ensuring accuracy without distortion or slippage.

Cleaner operation
Tools never contact the conveyor belts, dramatically reducing wear, dust, fumes, and maintenance requirements.

Tool stability from below
Bits, blades, and tools are supported from both sides, enabling thinner tools, higher speeds, and better edge quality.

These are just some of the benefits of the Moving Cavity Technology™.

The next generation of Flatbed Production

Seamless automation through vacuum hold-down and X/Y belt motion

A 360-degree conveyor belts movement combined with a focused vacuum hold-down system, enables precise and continuous alignment during processing – without shifting the material itself.
